Terms and Conditions of Booking
Bookings are not final until the deposit is paid and the booking is confirmed in writing by The Recipe House.
A £50 holding deposit is payable at the time of placing the booking to reserve your date, which is non-refundable.
The full balance is due one week prior to the event.
If the booking is cancelled we will provide refunds as follows:
Final numbers must be confirmed one week prior to the event, any further changes to numbers after this time will be accommodated wherever possible by agreement, but refunds for reduced numbers may not be possible.
The Chef will be able to modify the menus as required. This will need to be discussed with us prior to booking and will be agreed in writing, this may incur different costs.
If any guests have any food intolerances, allergies or requests, including low fat diets, we must be informed in writing at the time of booking.
The costs include all food preparation and cooking as well as table service including serving, clearing of the plates and washing up. It does not include supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware.
A surcharge of 25% applies for days that fall on recognised Bank Holidays; Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day are priced on request.
Gratuities are at the guests’ discretion.
